DIGITAL PROOFS

Digital proofs are available free of charge and will be provided prior to production on orders unless otherwise stated on a purchase order. If revisions are required, a maximum of three revisions are available free of charge. If more revisions are requested, a charge of $30 (G) will be applied. Written approvals are required prior to production and must be confirmed within 24hrs to avoid production delays. Production time begins when the final digital proof is approved. Approval received after 12pm EST begin production on the next business day.

PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLES

Pre-production samples are encouraged for every order. The cost per pre-production sample is $35.00 (G). This cost does not include shipping or art charges. All pre-production samples will be shipped standard overnight, unless specified on the purchase order. Any requests for pre-production samples must be specified on the purchase order. If the option for a pre-production sample is refused, the liability of print quality, color, and material falls on the registered distributor. Pre-production samples add to the published production times and full production will not proceed without an email approval.

CREDIT AND PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Other accepted payment methods include wire transfer, e-transfer, cheques, or money drafts. We do not charge any fees for processing credit cards. Prior to beginning production, prepayment is required for all customers without credit terms. Credit terms can be established after 5 purchase orders are placed by completing a credit application. Once received, we will notify you of your credit limit with 24 hours. We extend 30 day net credit up to your approved limit. For orders being placed over the approved credit limit, a 50% deposit is required with the remaining 50% due upon delivery.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We ship our products from Burlington, Ontario. All shipments will be shipped via ground unless otherwise specified on the purchase order by providing a specific shipping method and corresponding account. There is a $10.00 (A) surcharge per address for any order shipping to more than two locations.

ERROR RATE

Due to the nature of manufacturing, printing, and importing, our products have a 10% Overrun/Underrun allowance.

REPEAT ORDERS

There is no setup or artwork charge for most products if exact product and artwork duplication is specified. If artwork or product is altered in any way, the order is not a repeat. Always include a copy of the most recent invoice for the previous order and provide a repeat order number. Artwork and screens are the property of the invoiced distributor.
